Thanks for the chapter Vivid Translations, and be prepared, when you release the final chapter of this fight I am going to rage so badly.

Actually while typesetting the chapter I kept thinking how stupid Vivio is being, so I have no problems with the outcome of this match.

Miura was being MORE stupid during this. During the fight apparently the pain simulator malfunctioned or something when Miura activated her Sword-Drawing in both her arms and legs which made her power and magic so high that the simulator couldn’t handle it and Vivio received REAL damage in the final chapter and Miura treated this as an actual “all or nothing battle between enemies” without thinking it and not as a “friendly all out fight between rivals” like Vivio did and just kept pummeling Vivio. Which is why I was outraged with the result, Miura failed to see she was actually hurting Vivio.

That’s hardly Miura’s fault. How would she have known that? I’m sure her, and everyone else, thought the system was working properly. And maybe there’s a line in the next chapter, but so far both Miura and Vivio were treating it as a fun match between rivals. And exactly because of that neither of them were holding back. It’s both insulting and rude to hold back in matches like those.

My point is that Vivio was the one dumb enough to insist on fighting Miura head on instead of keeping her distance and using her magical attacks. She clearly relied too much on Chris and Sacred Defender (which was noted as also damaging her body, btw) and it cost her.

and yeah well, regarding the match, i mean come on they r both kids lol, when we were kinds we juz went at it anyway when we played didn’t we. to them this was their ‘play’
kinda in the end screw logic, i juz wanna play, of course as we get older abit more thinking comes in or not lol
for them juz to have an enjoyable match is enough, its not life or death anyway, unlike earlier nanoha series, where it was quite literally life or death, dem kids hv it nice, lol fitting with the tone of vivid anyway 🙂
    juz my two cents, cheers
